The voice in my head was telling me to "go". I had no reason to need it then. It just appealed to me somewhere deep inside.

does the healing process occur?

How
is the session going?
- The healing/attunement is contactless, takes place 30 minutes lying on a massage table or from the comfort of your home.
- If your health condition does not allow you to lie down, we will find the position that will be most suitable for you.
- You, as a client, are not actively involved in the healing process, you just rest and let the healing frequencies work on you.
- As a practitioner of Reconnective Healing, I tune into the frequencies and thanks to this you start to feel them too. I don't interfere in the process with my consciousness, I don't make diagnoses or perform psychological analysis.
- I will retreat with my consciousness into the background and let the information field and natural frequencies work where it is most suitable for you at the given moment.
- This allows me to open up a space of infinite possibilities and let the healing that is most appropriate for you at the moment come.
- The healing will always happen. And in such a way and in the form that is best for you at the given moment and in the given life situation.
- Healing doesn't always come the way you expected or wanted. However, healing often comes in a more necessary way than you wish.
- Sometimes it puts us directly in the face of a situation that we didn't want to deal with or that we avoided dealing with. This is how everything that is not in harmony with our natural harmony leaves our life naturally.

Manifestations tend to be different. Each of us is differently receptive and sensitive to contact with frequencies, so healing shows individual experiences. The most frequent manifestations that I perceive in my clients are eye movement (rapid blinking), spontaneous movement of the limbs, abdomen, neck, lips, various visual and auditory sensations, crying, laughter. Or deep relaxation and sleep. However, healing itself does not depend on the experiences you have on the couch – it is mainly about how this attunement will continue to develop in your life.
A Reconnective Healing session lasts 60 minutes: 30 minutes on a massage table (or on a bed at home in distant healing) and a 15-30 minute short conversation before and after the process ends.
The healing is performed by a therapist with international certification and qualification “Certified Reconnective Healing Practitioner”.
Generally, 3-4 sessions are performed over the course of a week to 10 days. This is the recommended optimal form. At this intensity, most people in the world have experienced the most frequency exposure in their lives.
This is not a long-term healing cure or treatment. Reconnective Healing does not focus on the external symptomps of the problem, but works on the level of its cause.

Yes, it doesn’t matter, the healing process is usually carried out remotely – as a distance healing. It works exactly the same as in person on a massage table. Currently, most of my clients routinely experience the distance healing process in this way.
1. We will connect on Messenger/WhatsApp to answer questions before the healing begins.
2. After that, you will make yourself comfortable in the warmth of your home – ideally lie down, and the healing session will take place.
3. After the end of the process, we will connect again online for a short debrief (a subsequent conversation about the experiences during the session).
